I have been enjoying my breakfast tacos for a long time I have been paying from $6 dollars back in the day to $8 dollars for a long time, I was ok with the $8 dollars because I ask for 4 ingredients, but today they charge me $13 dollars!!! Wow. I think this was my last time of enjoying my two taquitos here. 😔
2025 and bussiness owners still don’t have a Togo online order system in which year are we leaving? 1920? Good food but to be honest I prefer to order online rather to go to the food truck
After some recommendations from co-workers, I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good. First, I got 1 out of 3 tacos correct. I’m not a picky person so I still ate the ones that were wrong. (I didn’t go back because I took it to go and I was already at work.) They were mediocre. At least the salsa was good! The lady taking my order was nice and the area to eat was okay. It’s a food truck so nothing too fancy of course!
The torta was nice. The hotdog substituted for ham was a surprise but tasty. Good portion and fresh ingredients. Service was excellent. I’ll have to try their tacos next time.
Friendly staff and amazing food. Very generous portions, too. My wife and I shared two plates. Flautas and a carnita special plate. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we figured it out, and everyone working there was so friendly. We shared some smiles and laughs as our little one explored a bit. I was surprised at the flavors. A lot of times you go places and the beans are bland or there's something you don't like. Not here. Everything on our plates was fresh and delicious, down to the beans, rice, and lettuce. I recommend you park out by the road before pulling into the food truck park. Barely any parking room inside. That watermelon Aguas Frescas was a bit pricy, but it's a huge serving that a couple of people could share, and wow, was it good.
Best Taco truck in North Austin! The torta's are HUGE and so flavorful. The tacos are solid as well. I really enjoyed the Barbacoa. It was so juicy and tender! She also accepts American Express credit cards which is always awesome from Taco Trucks. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!
Just moved to the area and wanted to try some authentic Mexican food, decided to give Las Tocallitas a shot and I was happy I did. The serving size is plenty considering the price, the food tastes like heaven, great customer service. If you are looking for authentic Mexican style food in Austin, look no further. 5 out of 5, will definitely return!
Love the tacos here. Fajita chicken taco was moist and flavorful. The potato and egg tacos were superb. The star of lunch was the watermelon agua fresca. Good size and flavor. Will be back for more!
